Vstrong's AUTO 4D Shuttle Solution Successfully Landing Overseas

In Southeast Asia, the factories of garment OEM industry need to prepare materials, ingredients, and produce by the orders of end customers. These are great challenges to manage physical circulation and storage for enterprises. At present, the Auto 4D shuttle dense storage solution overseas had been completed, which provided by VSTRONG. This project is an important project for VSTRONG.

The global pandemic has lasted for three years, and the implementation of the project is more difficult and has high risks. Therefore, strict requirements have been put forward for project management. Faced with complex environments and various challenges, a strong team was organized. We had full and deep communications in project research, data analysis, and solution design. In the end, the solution for the dense warehouse--Auto 4D shuttle system by VSTRONG is successfully. The Auto 4D shuttle system mainly consists of dense shelves, REDCRAB Auto 4D shuttle cars, high-speed elevators, G2P Picking System, and related information systems. It can perform fast and accurate, save space, and have higher flexibility.

The project links automated production and automated logistics, and transforms from production centered to logistics centered. It helps users to achieve the goal of efficient operation and intelligent management.

The solution has some advantages below:


1. Accurate and efficient. The Auto 4D shuttle can achieve fast moving in four directions within the horizontal plane. The high-speed Vertical Lifter can carry goods in the vertical direction fast. The intelligent picking workstation can be configured with various picking technologies as needed, including electronic tags, photoelectric sensing systems, and weight detection systems, to improve the accuracy and efficiency of picking. The AGV can accurately deliver the ingredient bin to the production line workstation from the conveyors. So far, the automation of the whole factory logistics is achieved completely.


2. Flexible configuration. Whether it is a shuttle, a Vertical Lifter, or a picking workstation, the technology can be rapidly expanded. We provide highly flexible system solutions to meet the rapidly changing needs of enterprises.


3. Exclusive software. The customized WMS/WCS system provides dynamic route optimization and supports for multiple picking strategies, which is completely different performance from traditional.
