On July 15, 2023, the 28th day of the fifth lunar month, in the midsummer of Jiangnan, the flowers are blooming like flowers. The first phase production and second phase commencement ceremony of SEW Motor Intelligent Factory was grandly held in Suzhou Industrial Park. The main leaders of the Suzhou Industrial Park Management Committee, senior executives of well-known enterprises in various industries at home and abroad, and over 300 SEW customers from all over the world gathered together to participate in the grand event. Yin Junqi, Chairman of Wuqiang Intelligent Technology, and Qu Xiaotong, President, were also invited to participate.

        The first phase of the intelligent manufacturing factory for electric motors, as an expansion project of SEW Suzhou Electric Factory, has been planned and constructed since 2019. Currently, it has an annual production capacity of 1.5 million sets of efficient motor manufacturing. The factory adopts the world's most advanced automated production equipment, intelligent logistics warehousing and transportation system, and information management system. It has become an intelligent, efficient, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and sustainable intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory, becoming the most beautiful scenery on Suhong Middle Road

        The Phase II factory under construction is expected to be put into use by the end of 2024, specializing in the production of advanced, efficient, and energy-saving special and non-standard motor products such as synchronous low-voltage motors, high-voltage servo motors, and permanent magnet motors. It introduces Germany's most advanced intelligent technology and products for localized production, providing systematic solutions for the upgrading of China's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry.

        The SEW workshop intelligent warehousing and logistics project is under the overall integration of Vstrong Intelligent Technology. It applies intelligent control systems such as AS/RS system, Red Crab four-way shuttle scheduling system, WMS, WCS, SCADA, MCS (conveyor line control system), RCS robot scheduling system, etc. It interfaces with customers' SAP and MES (manufacturing execution system) systems, integrates advanced technologies such as sensors, drive and control, and digital twins; We have adopted various intelligent devices such as high-speed stackers, high-speed elevators, intelligent scheduling shuttles, conveyors, and contactless charging technology provided by Tianjin SEW for intelligent handling of AGVs, providing efficient solutions for the storage, sorting, and distribution of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products for customers. It has achieved collaborative operation and orderly connection of multiple devices, intelligent positioning of storage locations, and intelligent picking of goods to people. It can quickly and efficiently complete various operations, achieving unmanned delivery of production lines, and integrating intelligence throughout the entire production and manufacturing process.

       The RedCrab 4d-Shuttle System was independently developed by Vstrong, which consists of dense shelves, 4d-Shuttle, fast hoist, sorting workstation, relevant conveying system, and information system. It can achieve fast "goods to person" picking for split parts business. The Red Crab Shuttle System of this project is mainly used for the circulation and supply of small components on the assembly line.
